Introduction
SestroniX™ Guitar-mounted & Strap-mounted overdrives
Traditionally, guitar effects come as pedals and this is great for most playing situations. We have discovered, at times, that effects in a pedal form factor may not be optimum. There are situations such as jam sessions, sitting in with bands or traveling, that carrying a pedal with you is cumbersome or not possible.
This is why SestroniX™ came up with guitar-mounted and strap-mounted overdrives. You plug your guitar into an amplifier and you are ready to go with YOUR SOUND!
What You Get
Be engaged in the eternal "Search For Tone"
We feel that our Micro_Tone™ effects mounted in your guitar’s control cavity or in a custom routed pocket in the guitar or our Mini_Tone™ mounted on the guitar strap are the ultimate in convenience and flexibility. Just flip a small toggle switch or a push-pull pot and you play with the confidence of an overdrive tone that you set up for your playing style!
Our effects are in the bypass mode when disabled so your guitar never stops playing. Our effects are all analog with the DC power circuits, the LED status indicator and the miniature bypass relay controlled by an on-board 8-bit microprocessor. We started with great sounding overdrive effects and spent a lot of effort miniaturizing and optimizing our circuitry to create our Micro_Tone™ and our Mini_Tone™ compact effects units. The same great sounding effects are also available as a pedal in our Stomp_Tone™ units.
